I brought my car in for a regular Oil Change and Rotation and your technicians found I need my front brakes replaced. I am just on my lunch hour. What are my options??

Answer: We have loaner cars available on a limited basis. Or, if you work in town, we would be more than happy to take you to work and bring your car back to you when we are finished.

I have a flat tire on my car and I have no idea how to change it??

Answer: We have a local Towing company that can retrieve your car. Or, if you are close to our shop, under certain circumstances we can bring our portable air tank to inflate your tire enough to get your car to our shop. When we have the available manpower we will change the tire for you if you are unable to.

I have a specific brand of tires on my car. Can you get the same tire??

Answer: We stock over 1500 tires. We carry Michelin, BF Goodrich, Uniroyal, Goodyear Multi-Mile, Continental, General, and Hankook. We also carry many sizes of Trailer Tires, Mower Tires, plus many other private label tires. We have other warehouses to get tires from that deliver here on a daily basis. If you need a tire... We can get it !!

The repairs to my vehicle are going to cost more than I have available now, do you offer any payment plans??

Answer: Yes... We have a Goodyear credit card for you to apply for, all you need To do is fill out the application ( takes about 5 minutes.) We will run your application in our store and get an immediate answer. You will then make payments through them. Goodyear offers 6 months no Interest.

Do I have to take my car to the dealer to maintain Manufacturer Warranty??

Answer: No. We can do all the recommended manufacturer maintenance on your vehicle. We can look up the recommended service for any mileage interval. This information is the same as in your owners manual. All you need to fulfill your obligation for warranties is to document that you had the work done. We can do brakes, shocks, struts, oil changes, transmission flushes, coolant flushes, tire rotations, and most engine performance issues you might have with your car.

Why do I have to purchase tires that are speed rated for speeds faster than I ever drive??

Answer: Each model of car is designed for specific handling, braking and cornering characteristics. Speed ratings involve more than top speed. To have your car handle and perform like it did when it was built it is important to replace tires with like rated tires even if you only drive 55mph.

I can't see very well at night and I noticed my headlight lenses are cloudy....What can I do to correct this??

Answer: You have 2 choices with this...You can replace the headlight assemblies, (but that can be very expensive) or we can refinish the surface of your plastic headlights to like new condition for $79.95 per pair.

I have a flat tire on my mower and it won't start??

Answer: We stock a full line of lawn mower, wheel barrow tires and tubes that we can install or replace for you. We also stock a full line of batteries for your lawn mower, boat, RV or your lawn mower.
